What is PTSA?
PTSA, or Parent-Teacher-Student Association, is a group of parents, teachers, and students who work together to make our school a better place. We believe that when we work together, we can achieve great things for our students.
What does PTSA do?
- Supports teachers and staff. We provide resources and support to our teachers and staff.
- Enhances the school environment. We organize events and activities that enrich the school experience for all students.
- Advocates for students. We advocate for policies and programs that benefit our students.
- Builds community. We foster a strong sense of community among parents, teachers, and students.
How can you get involved?
There are many ways to get involved in PTSA.
Become a PTSA member today and help make a difference in our school community! Dues are $10 per person and account for digital payments will be available soon for payment.
Volunteer: You must be certified as a volunteer to work with and around the students.
To volunteer, complete the quick BCPS volunteer orientation and application HERE. If you have already completed the training for another BCPS school, you will only need to complete this volunteer application for Parkville High School and include your orientation certificate.
Paper applications may be submitted to the PHS volunteer coordinator at [email protected] along with a copy of your orientation certificate.
